Dear Parents,
Finally....the last day of training cum friendly competition. You will be proud to know that your child has successfully completed this ardous training program under the Taiwanese coach. Our children have improved their skills and fitness tremendously during these 5 days and our senior players have played very well in the friendly matches as the days progressed. In addition to skill improvement, your child has also picked up social skills of interaction, cooperation and learning to gell together as a team. Precious skills indeed...
All the children are not only healthy and happy...they are looking forward to the final day of shopping tomorrow where they can hone their money spending skills...so, in addition to all the training and social skills they have acquired, they have nearly perfected the art of shopping.
We have been blessed by good weather throughout. The days have been cool with very light drizzle. All training is conducted indoors so we are unaffected by the weather.
This will be the last posting for this trip. We look forward to returning to the warm land of our fathers and will look backward with fondness, pride and joy at what we have achieved in Taiwan.
Thank you - parents for entrusting your child with us. Your child has been very well behaved throughout the trip and has been a joy to train according to the Taiwanese coaches. The hotel staff commended our children saying this is the best group of Singaporean children they have seen so far. Well done !!
