DAY 1 MON    28/11 (L/D)	Singapore Q Xiamen _ Zhangzhou
	Morning	Depart Singapore for Xiamen by Air China.  (CA 958: ETD-0815 hr / ETA-1220 hr )
	Afternoon	Upon arrival, proceed to restaurant for lunch.  Thereafter, travel to Zhangzhou by coach.
	Evening	Overnight in Fujian Zhangzhou Sports Training Base
DAY 2 TUE 29/11 (B/L/D)	Volleyball Training / Friendly Competitions
	Morning	Training at Zhangzhou China Women’s Volleyball National Team Training Base 0830 – 0900:     Preparatory training / Warm up 0900 – 1100:     Intensive Volleyball training under Chinese national coaches
	Afternoon	1200 – 1300:     Lunch in restaurant 1300 – 1400:     Rest & relax in the hotel 1430 – 1500:     Preparatory training / Warm up 1500 – 1700:     Friendly matches with local school teams 1830 – 1930:     Dinner in restaurant
	Evening	2000 – 2100:    Mental Preparation Workshop Overnight in Fujian Zhangzhou Sports Training Base
DAY 3 WED 30/11 (B/L/D)	Volleyball Training / Friendly Competitions
	Morning	Training at Zhangzhou China Women’s Volleyball National Team Training Base 0830 – 0900:     Preparatory training / Warm up 0900 – 1100:     Intensive Volleyball training under Chinese national coaches
	Afternoon	1200 – 1300:     Lunch in restaurant 1300 – 1400:     Rest & relax in the hotel 1430 – 1500:     Preparatory training / Warm up 1500 – 1700:     Friendly matches with local school teams 1830 – 1930:     Dinner in restaurant

Day 4 THUR 1/12 (B/L/D)	Volleyball Training / Friendly Competitions
	Morning	Training at Zhangzhou China Women’s Volleyball National Team Training Base 0830 – 0900:     Preparatory training / Warm up 0900 – 1100:     Intensive Volleyball training under Chinese national coaches
	Afternoon	1200 – 1300:     Lunch in restaurant 1300 – 1400:     Rest & relax in the hotel 1430 – 1500:     Preparatory training / Warm up 1500 – 1700:     Friendly matches with local school teams 1830 – 1930:     Dinner in restaurant
	Evening	Overnight in Fujian Zhangzhou Sports Training Base
Day 5 FRI 2/12 (B/L)	Zhangzhou _ Xiamen / Tea House / Jimei School Village / Former Residence of Mr. Tan Kah-Kee / Ao Park /  Olympic Museum /  SM City Square   /  Xiamen  Q  Singapore
	Morning	Depart Zhangzhou for Xiamen.  Upon arrival, visit to Jimei School Village, the hometown of Mr. Tan Kah-Kee, a famous overseas Chinese leader who devoted himself wholly to education.  In Jimei Village, you will visit the former residence of Mr. Tan Kah Kee, the Returning Hall and Ao Park. Thereafter, visit to the Tea House to watch a tea-making demonstration.
	Afternoon	Visit to the Olympic Museum and SM City Square for some last-minute shopping.  Thereafter, transfer to the airport for your homebound flight to Singapore.  ( CA 957:  ETD-1745 hr / ETA-2200 hr )
	Evening	Arrive Singapore at 10.00 pm.
